Refund & Cancellation
At Kumo's Wanderland, we understand that plans can change - especially with little ones! Our goal is to be fair and flexible while keeping things smooth for all our guests. Please review our refund and cancellation guidelines below.
General Admission & Day Passes
- All day passes are non-refundable once purchased.
- If you're unable to visit on your reserved day due to illness or emergency, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to reschedule your visit for another date (subject to availability).
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling.
Parties & Private Events
Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date.
- The remaining balance is due after your party - not before. We finalize it once we've reconciled how many children actually attended, so you're only charged for the guests who came. We don't believe parents should pay for no-shows.
- Any add-ons (extra children beyond your base count, food upgrades, etc.) are tallied and included in that final balance.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 3 days before the event: your deposit is retained, but it can be credited toward a future party within 60 days, based on availability.
- Within 3 days of the event, no-shows, or same-day cancellations: not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
Exclusive Full-Venue Buyouts
- Booking an exclusive full-venue buyout requires payment in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Because we close the entire venue to all other guests to host your event privately, these reservations cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Memberships
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Wanderer membership has a 3-month minimum commitment, then auto-renews monthly. After the commitment, you can cancel or pause anytime before your next billing date - through your account or by contacting us directly.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Special Events & Camps
- Tickets to special events (like holiday parties or camps) are non-refundable.
- If you can't attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest with prior approval.
Weather or Facility Closures
- If we close unexpectedly due to weather, maintenance, or an emergency, we'll reach out to affected guests to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future visit.
