Kumo's Wanderland FAQ and policies

Kumo's Wanderland is an indoor playground and café restaurant in Richmond, TX for kids ages 0 to 12. It has six play zones, a 100% halal kitchen, coffee roasted in house, birthday parties that are fully handled, memberships and the KUMO Passport.

7930 W Grand Pkwy S #150, Richmond, TX 77406, on the Grand Parkway about 20 minutes from Sugar Land Town Square. Families visit from Richmond, Sugar Land, Katy, Fulshear, Rosenberg, Missouri City and across greater Houston.

Kumo's is conveniently located on the Grand Parkway in Richmond, about 20 minutes from Katy, Sugar Land, Fulshear and Rosenberg, and about 30 minutes from Missouri City. Families come from all over Fort Bend County and greater Houston.

Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, and Friday to Sunday 9am to 8pm. Special hours, like a private event, are posted on the home page up to five days ahead.

Monday to Thursday, a day pass is $19.99 for ages 4 to 12 and $14.99 for ages 1 to 3. Friday to Sunday, it is $24.99 for ages 4 to 12 and $17.99 for ages 1 to 3. Babies 11 months and under are free with a paid sibling, or $9.99 without one. Up to two grown-ups come in free with each child, and there is no time limit, so you can stay all day.

Ages 0 to 12, with a zone for every stage. Little Nimbus is made for babies and toddlers, Sky Fort, Cloud Pool and WonderTown are for ages 2 to 8, and Cyber Cloud and Cloud Maze are vertical climbing and adventure courses for ages 4 to 12.

Yes. Little Nimbus is a soft play zone just for ages 0 to 3, babies 11 months and under are free with a paid sibling, and there's a private nursing room for moms.

Kumo's is all indoors, so rain or Texas heat never cancels the plan. One day pass covers the whole day with no timers, and lunch is right here at our café restaurant.

Yes, the whole menu is 100% halal. Our meats come from halal-certified vendors, and every item, from the bulgogi beef bowl to the kids' sliders, is made with that in mind.

Yes. Order online and pick it up at the café counter, or order right from the kiosk in your party room so nobody has to leave the party.

Yes, everyone who enters needs a signed waiver, adults and kids alike. Sign once online or at our kiosks and it stays on file for a year, so your next visit is quicker.

Day passes are single entry, so most families stay all day and eat here. Need to pop out and come back? Members get same-day re-entry, one of the perks of a membership.

That's the whole point. Work pods for a call or a meeting, a quiet space to get things done, a private nursing room for new moms, lockers, and seating so comfortable you could sit there all day and not even realize it. Plus a full kitchen and coffee we roast ourselves.

Yes. Military (including veterans and retirees), teachers, health care workers including EMTs, and public safety including police and fire get our Service Discount on admission, the café and parties (not gift cards). Show your ID once and it applies automatically after that.

Both packages include two hours of open play with a 90-minute private room, a dedicated party host, premium décor, freshly prepared kids meals with fruit and fries, the cake ceremony, custom favor bags and full setup and cleanup. You just bring the cake.

Signature, with our in-house themes, is $699, and Personalized, with your own event designer, is $949. Both include 12 kids as the minimum, and extra kids are $35 (Signature) or $45 (Personalized), charged only if they come.

A deposit holds your date: $250 plus tax for Signature and $375 plus tax for Personalized, and the balance is due after the party. Your package includes 12 kids and is the minimum, even if fewer come. Kids beyond the 12 are added at $35 (Signature) or $45 (Personalized), and only the ones who actually show up are charged. Deposits are non-refundable. Need to cancel? Cancel before you approve your design and everything you've paid goes onto a Kumo gift card. After design approval there's a $30 fee, after your decorations are made it's $60, and the rest goes onto a gift card. Once your details are final (3 days before the party at the latest), it can't be cancelled. Rescheduling at least 7 days ahead is always free.

Yes. We host baby showers, gender reveals, graduations and private group play. The whole venue can be booked from $3,800, and that's more than just the space: every play zone and party room to yourselves, our team running the day, food for the kids included, and our café restaurant ready to cater for the adults. Yes. Full Venue Bookouts start at $3,800, food for the kids is included in the price, and our café restaurant is ready to cater for the adults. Email events@kumoswanderland.com with your date and time and how many guests (adults and kids), and someone will reach out to you.

Yes, for schools, childcare centers, camps and homeschool groups. It's $18 per child, or $20 with a kids meal, with a minimum of 10 students and a private group space, and teachers eat free. Request dates on our field trips page.

Yes. Wanderer is $74.99 a month for unlimited play any day, and it pays for itself in three visits. Go annual and it's $62.50 a month. Wanderer Plus adds a free kids meal every visit, a monthly guest pass and 5% off parties. All the prices are on our memberships page.

Every family earns 2 points for every $1, and points never expire. Spend them on anything in any amount. Your KUMO Passport keeps points, membership, waivers, gift cards and parties in one place on your phone.

Never. A gift card can be any amount from $10, it's delivered instantly, and it links to the KUMO Passport of the person you give it to by their phone number, so it can't get lost. It spends like cash on admission, the café, parties and everything else.
