These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kumo's Wanderland website, your bookings and purchases, and your visits to our facility at 7930 W Grand Pkwy S #150, Richmond, TX 77406. By using our website, making a booking, or visiting us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

In these terms, "Kumo's," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kumo's Wanderland.

• Day passes, party bookings, memberships, and gift cards are sold through our booking system and are subject to the details and pricing shown at the time of purchase. Prices, hours, and offerings may change.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

• A signed liability waiver is required for every guest who enters the play areas. Children must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• We may refuse admission or ask a guest to leave when necessary for the safety or comfort of our guests and team.

Our play rules exist so every family can play safely, and they are posted in the venue and explained at check-in. A few that matter most:

• Children must be actively supervised by their parent or guardian at all times. Our team supports safe play, but supervision of your child remains your responsibility.
• Grip socks are required for everyone who enters our venue, including adults.
• Posted age, height, and equipment rules must be followed, along with the directions of our team.
• If a parent repeatedly fails to supervise or a child repeatedly violates safety rules after being reminded, we may ask the family to leave. Removal for repeated safety violations is not eligible for a refund or future-visit credit. Serious immediate safety concerns may require removal without prior warnings.

If you opt in to marketing emails, we will send you Kumo's news, events, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails about your bookings, waivers, and purchases are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

By opting in to text messages from Kumo's Wanderland, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, such as news, events, offers, and visit updates, at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@kumoswanderland.com or 832-669-6551.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
• You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide, and that you will notify us if you change or give up that number.
• Our handling of your phone number and opt-in information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

• The content on this site, including our name, logo, artwork, photography, and text, belongs to Kumo's Wanderland or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Booking, waiver, and payment features are provided in part by third-party services, and your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, we do not guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kumo's Wanderland and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here replaces or modifies the signed liability waiver that governs participation in play activities.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kumo's Wanderland harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
