3.1 All bookings for play sessions, private events, party packages, and drop-off programs must be made through our official booking platform or in person.
3.2 Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.
3.3 Cancellation and refund policies vary by activity and will be disclosed during the booking process. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made past the stated cancellation period.
3.4 Kumo’s Wanderland accepts major credit cards and may offer other payment options as specified on the Site.
4. WAIVER REQUIREMENT
4.1 All participants must have a completed and signed waiver on file prior to participating in any activity at Kumo’s Wanderland.
4.2 The waiver must be signed electronically or in person by a parent or legal guardian if the participant is under 18 years of age.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
5.1 All guests agree to comply with health and safety protocols implemented by Kumo’s Wanderland, including but not limited to:
- (a) Mask-wearing (if required by local mandate)
- (b) Sanitation practices
- (c) Staying home if experiencing symptoms of illness
5.2 Policies may be updated at any time in compliance with federal, state, or local regulations.
